A 2¼ hour session driving our Land Rover Defender.  Drivers must be aged 10+, and the session can be shared with family or friends.

No prior driving experience is neccesary.

A full day driving one of our small fleet of Land Rovers on a tour of the Yorkshire Dales both on and off road.  Choose either 'Traditional' Defender, Discovery 4, or 'New' Defender.  You can bring along guests as passengers, or they can even share the driving if you wish.

All drivers must have a full driving licence for this tour. There is an option to stop at a traditional Yorkshire inn for lunch midway through your day, or you could opt to bring a packed lunch.

We spend the morning at our private off road site getting to grips with your choice of Land Rover from our small fleet, on a variety of obstacles and terrain, before heading out for a tour of some local trails on the North York Moors in the afternoon.

This is the ultimate off road day for any Land Rover fanatic.

A 3 hour session for people who would like to better understand their own 4x4 vehicle, and how to use it safely off road or in poor weather conditions.

We will discuss abilities and limitations of the vehicle in question, so that you can make an informed choice about what is and isn't possible, therefore reducing the risk of becoming stuck or damaging your vehicle.

There is also the opportunity to use our Land Rover during the session to tackle any obstacles that are unsuitable for your own vehicle.

A 3 hour session designed to show you how to tackle a wide range of obstacles and terrain in your choice of Land Rovers from our small fleet.  Choose either 'Traditional' Defender, Discovery 4, or 'New' Defender.  You will learn the skills and techniques needed to safely and effectively drive off road in these amazing vehicles.

Ideal for sole traders, small businesses, and enthusiastic individuals looking to ensure safe use of 4x4 vehicles.

Under Health & Safety law, the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) place a legal obligation on employers and the self employed to undertake adequate training if using 4x4 vehicles for work.

We have developed a range of modules designed to ensure you are able to competently and safely operate a 4x4 vehicle on challenging terrain.  Prior to booking, we will establish your personal requirements, and build a bespoke course covering the most appropriate modules for your own circumstances.

Drivers attending this course will receive a Certificate of Training Photo ID Card, showing modules completed and when refresher training should be undertaken.

The course is delivered by a fully qualified and DVSA registered instructor on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis.

In various locations around the country, you can join us for a Guided 4x4 Tour in your own Land Rover.  As part of a small group, you'll have a fully qualified instructor and guide on hand to show you the way and give advice and instruction on how best to tackle the terrain.

There are single day tours, multi-day tours, mini expeditions and even overseas driving holidays.

We would recommend drivers speak to us about some introductory training prior to taking their vehicle off road for the first time, but no prior experience is necessary to join these tours.

In addition to our experiences and scheduled events, we are able to take private bookings for individuals or groups of 4x4 owners (maximum 5 vehicles) who would like us to guide them on a Private 4x4 Tour. 

Private bookings can be for single days, or we can link together two or more of our routes to make a longer trip for you.

We also have a number of pre-planned multi-day trips, such as our 'Tour of Yorkshire' or 'Coast to Coast' packages.

Routes are available in Northumberland, Durham, Yorkshire, Cumbria, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire & Wiltshire, and we can make recommendations for places to stay, and arrange pub lunches on most routes if required.
